We transformed this outdated 800 ft.² two bedroom two bath home down to the studs. It lacked insulation, air conditioning, modern wiring and plumbing. Our team installed insulation, new wiring and plumbing, modern air conditioning and heating, and expended the home from 800 ft.² to 1300 ft.² plus a 500 ft.² covered patio.

The home now features an open concept great room with a vaulted ceiling over a modern chefs kitchen. Construction included a new primary bedroom suite with walk in closet and a wet room with a free standing tub and curb-less shower. The primary bedroom and media room now open via French doors to a covered patio, providing a comfortable entertainment area and backyard which was also upgraded to include pet friendly artificial turf, a fountain, programmable LED lighting, and landscaping.
